NOW WHAT?

Belgium · September 2026

So what happens when you’ve done a lot of the things you wanted to do?

Nobody tells you to make a new list.

Career-wise, I never really had a five-year plan. I had things I wanted to do.

London. Done.
Paris. Yep.
Berlin. Also.
Travel for work. Yep.
Management team. Did that too.

Then I wanted to travel. Properly.

So naturally I bought an empty van, turned it into a tiny home and disappeared around Europe alone.

Four months. Six countries. 16,000 km.

Loved it.

Now I’m looking at myself and wondering what’s next.

I want to work. Make good money. Do difficult, interesting things.

But I don’t know what my version of progress looks like anymore.

Petal is ready. I’m leaving again soon.

Except travelling can’t really be The Big Plan this time.

Already did that.

So.

Twenty years of experience, a van, several experiments currently underway and no five-year plan.

Should be interesting.

Let’s see.
